When you research your family's history you are likely to come across photos of family pets.
I learned about a cocker spaniel named "Judge" who belong to a 2nd great uncle of mine. I wrote about him here: Blind Cornelius Kelly and the Beauty of Gaelic Prayer."
Our pets are part of our stories. These stories deserve to be known and told.
Here is an eBay collection I put together of 25 original vintage photographs of cocker spaniels and their families. When notes were available on the back I've put them in the caption. For other photos all we have are the images. And adorable ones at that.
In the infinitesimally small chance that you recognize someone or some cocker spaniel here, please let me know. I would love to know the story.
Enjoy!
