Happy New Year! The Psychogenealogist Reflects on 2018 and Plans for 2019

Happy New Year and a big THANK YOU for being part of The Psychogenealogist community!

Here are some highlights from 2018 and some exciting things to look forward to in 2019.

Highlights 2018:

Plans for 2019:

  • I am going to continue the Pic of the Week series! In order to free up some time for other projects these posts may be shorter. The plan is to post a photograph or postcard with some basic information and questions. I encourage you all to do some research and report back about you find!

  • While I am not going to continue the 52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks blogging challange, I am committing to at least one blog post per week (in addition to the Pic of the Week). It may be an ancestor profile, but I don’t want to limit myself to just those. I have some ideas in mind so stay tuned!

  • Further development of Your Storied Life: Unique Biographical Portraits.

  • Once per month email newsletter.

  • Continue the Free Gift photo giveaway until I run out gifts! Speaking of which, get yours here (and sign up for the newsletter while you are at it):

Here is to a great 2019! May your year be filled with joyous genealogy discoveries and family stories.

Cheers!

If you don’t recount your family history, it will be lost. Honor your own stories and tell them too. The tales may not seem very important, but they are what binds families and makes each of us who we are.
